I remember a long time ago, maybe in February, I was going to a friends house so I parked my car in a spot that says "No parking through 3:00 am to 9:00 am for non-workers in this area" or something like that. That meant anyone can park there, anyone. Unless you are a worker to a factory in that area then you can park there whenever you want.

So I parked there at 12:00pm. I was safe. I leave my friends house at 2:00pm and what do I see on my car? A ticket! Only $200 of course. I took this to the court and the judge did some paper work and took off the ticket and even said himself "I don't fucking know why cops do this, do these academies even train them?"

Ahahahaha I say take it to the state.

They're also trying to get the word bitch banned in NY. No iPods on sidewalks, no saying ni"er, no walking with your eyes open.

At least you don't get pulled over just for money.

Your so bitter for no reason. I truly beleive the only reason your so against me is because most everybody one this thread agrees with me. Just because I feel that a ticket is unfair makes me a complaining bitch? I want to go to court and exercise my rights as an American Citizen. Will the ticket get thrown out? Probably not but with any luck maybe it will be reduced. So whatever kid I don't need to prove myself to some 15-year-old who does not drive, or have a job, or even know how hard it is to actualy earn 250$. If it's the law then you won't be able to fight it unless you prove that you didn't drive past the point 3 times. You can't go to court and just whine and bitch about how dumb a law is, they'll dismiss your case and force you to pay the fine or serve jail time. I mean imagine being a judge and someone coming into your courtroom saying "Your honour, the speed limit in the area where I was speeding is to low that is why I believe I should be dismissed of the charges." I mean c'mon they'd be laughed out of the court. Same deal with you.

If you wanna avoid paying the ticket (which I agree is fucking ridiculous) then go to the media! Not only will it help you out, it'll help everyone else out too!

Well my whole point is that, it's not like I didn't have a direction I was picking people up then going to the movies. If I was just driving up and down the street for no reason clogging up the road then I could understand that, but I had direction.

Sucks about your car. Chicago policemen are 100 times worse. They once gave my mom a ticket for a stolen car(it was hers but robbers stole it)

probably because that are either gets alot of traffic and they dont want congestion or theres hardly any and they want to keep it that way to keep the property value high or something Im not sure but I would suggest showing up to court ask for a pardon but if they do make you pay it then just do it. You wont make that mistake again Im sure.

that law's ridiculous. assume you go to your friend's house, passing it, drving past the point. Then, your mom calls and says she needs you to pick something up at the supermarket, so you pass the point again. Then, you go pick up your girifriend (who you pick up before passing the point) and head to town, again passing the point. that's retarded.
:some laws HAD some purpose, and then people forget about them until someone breaks it.

Hehe gotta hate Pa driveing the cops do all of the Speeding tickets at the end of the month for like a week my mom and dad cant go 5 miles over the speed limit. During the rest of the month there is basicly no other Staties that pull people over unless they are doing like 30 over and they get caught very rarely. In 2 years when im 16 ill have 4 tickets in my firts year.

What I said in my orginal post yesterday I was just mad. I'll go to court and see what happenes I'll probably have to pay somthing and I will.
