No it doesn't. I'm the same way, in fact I try not to swear period. If showing respect to women is "sexist" then I guess I'm sexist. Most girls I know would think that it's cool if a guy doesn't swear in front of them. And most of the girls I've dated have said that swearing would turn them off. Most girls like a gentleman, (and all parents do... trust me) and gentlemen don't swear in front of ladies.

How is it gentlemanly? Swearing is as socially acceptable around women as it is around men, so it's a totally unnecessary gesture.
If anything, it's insulting, because it implies that women would somehow be unable to bear the use of swear words in a conversation.
