Oy, so I started a SimCity2000 (cuz I love this version :D ) and called it Newgrounds city, I just started it off, here's a pic of it so far.

Now this is a SimCity.

I should add that I made it myself, and the only thing edited in SCURK was the landscape. All the buildings and funds were raised in the game with no cheat codes.

You really should try SimCity 4, though. With the right mods, you can have a city literally surrounded by garbage and pollution, a perfect analog for Newgrounds.

You should make something Newgrounds shaped, though. Like a railroad in the shape of "NG" or a lake shaped like the tank logo.
