Emulators >.>... you need codes for the cheats though...all I used was a frameskip thing(spacebar) to make battles go faster

Visual Boy Advance is the best emulator for GBA ever and happens to have a cheat function for game shark and a couple more. If he cheated he would have beaten it in less then 2 days, much less and it isn't that hard to beat a game that fast if you have no life and play it time and time again until you find the best strategies.
