Yes, because the little snippet with Sonic, Shadow, and Pikmin is of the exact same quality as the rest of the trailer that Nintendo made. Also, the fact that the three weren't fighting any other characters in Brawl continues to confirm it.

but the sound quality is lower than the rest, and the little clip of shadow is from his game shadow the hedgehog. and i think the clip of pikmin seems to come from the game(pikmin) itsself

It's not from a movie. It's one of the pictures that was put on the Smash Bros Dojo site. Here's the link. The picture he has as the original is authentic though.
