Actually, it's bad news.
Mr. Bauman just got $17,500,000 richer.

And that's the bare minimum. If all goes well, Eric stands to make $52.5 million.

We should raid his house and claim the money he (indirectly) stole from us!

So, Newgrounders near Gayville, you know what to do.

I have no hard feelings for Eric if it means he's out of the public eye, and it means the site will be under more tight scrutiny if it is under the watch of a bigger corporation.
And I doubt Newgrounds is worth nearly as much as that, considering the ways Eric Bauman goes about his business. Plus, Tom would never sell Newgrounds, it's his life's work.

There is not a single thing in Ebaums not stolen from YTMND, YouTube, Newgrounds or Something Rotten, not to mention a lot of other websites that have yet to learn that they got their material stolen.

Definitely far from what ebaum's world is worth.
Well good job to him and good luck in the future of his possible internet undertakings. I never had a problem with him, and I'm not going to start now.

That much for what rapidly is turning into a YouTube clone, only with less content and more idiots?

While Eric Bauman may be a douchebag, he's by no means stupid.

17.5 mil? Richest? Not even close.

Anywho, good for him I say. I'd gladly be misguidedly hated by a bunch of losers online for 500 grand, let alone 17.5 million. Hell, I'd do it for a thousand.

You're expecting to be paid for being hated? That's a delicacy, you should be the one paying.

I can't exactly say I'm happy for the fucker. It seems sort of like how Kenneth Lay was able to avoid owning up for Enron by dying like the loser he was. Bauman gets to sell off his website for anywhere between 17 and 52 million dollars and coast through the rest of his life with profits he earned from blatant thievery.

Oh. SHIT! Now we know what that Bauman bitch is up to. He'll make another site, steal from his sold site, and try to make his site "Popular" and sell it again, and again!

Let's hope Tom DOES NOT sell this site, because it has beaten that undeserving site called eBaums by a long way.
