Rugbys harder than football. First of all you do conditioning in winter and thats a hell of a lot harder, it's way harder to catch your breath in the cold. Second it's far more exhausting to play than football, it's continous action like soccer, but with tackling so your tired and beaten to a pulp. Third - no pads, so it's brutal.
So play rugby instead.

I know what you mean we got stairs at our highschool wich sucks because we have to run em in this heat.

I love football. We just had a scrimmage last Saturday, we did pretty well. Personally I like practicing in the heat more than the cold. Near the end of our season it gets pretty damn cold.
