I thought he was supposed to be omnipotent, if he existed why cant he cure an amputee?! Tons of people claim god is helping and healing people with things like cancer and tumours, but why not amputees, huh!?

Because that would make life too easy...
life is supposed to be a journey, and a journey is supposed to have trials...
Each person has a different difficulty in life...
also, I think that the one futurama episode got it right...

The existence or non-existence of God (or gods) cannot be conclusively proven either way because by definition alone, a superior being is SUPERIOR and we (and all our various sciences) are INFERIOR.
Religion is a human invention. It does not have any effect whatsoever on the existence/non-existence of God(s). It does however have a tremendous effect on US. So, if you're going to try and make these arguments (or link to videos that provide same) you should take a moment to define exactly what it is you're arguing against: God or religion. The two are very, very different.

I can't edit, but I wanted to explain these gods.
Hindu - You have different Hindus. You have Atheist Hindus (yes, only in Hinduism is this possible). Advaitins believe that God is the form that the Cosmic Spirit (Brahman) takes until we realize that this is just an illusion and that in reality, everything is God because everything is Brahman (yes, that includes us). Vaishnavas and Shaivas believe that Vishnu and Shiva are supreme, respectively. All of these gods/"gods" contradict the Judeo-Christian God, so any attacks on the Judeo-Christian God doesn't disprove God.
Jain - Jains have no god.
Sikh - Ask a Sikh, I have no clue. All I know is that He is impersonal and is named Waheguru. This God also contradicts the Judeo-Christian God.
People need to study up on other Gods before making baseless assumption generalizing all religion. Just like Atheist whine about theists not understanding science (even when many theists incorporate science into their religion, just look at the amount of Hindus who believe in evolution), theists should whine (with proof) that Atheists don't understand anything about religion other than the belief in a God Who they don't even remotely understand.

Hate how this guys assumes all anwers to his questions would be silly. Here is my answers.
1) Why won't God heal amputees?
According to what religon you choose to follow (atheism is not a religon. It is an ideology. So it doesn't count.) there are many answers. One such answer is that your body is one unit. Seperating a body part kills off that body part and makes it dead. Thus the rest of your body waits until death when you can be re-united with the rest of your dead body. Many amputees actually feel their arm or legs still there. Like it is a spirit.
Now, another more logical conclusion is that doing such an act will make it obvious that there is a God. If everyone knew that there was a God then life would be different because of that. We might not have some of the wars we are having because we know the existance of a God. We are to exist in a Earth that is full of horrible things so that we may become stronger. Pamper someone for to long and it is natural that the person will not be ready for anything that comes his or her way.
Another answer is because it shows favoritism. We are choose to exist. Thus we all have reason to be loved because we choose not to be Nothings.
2) Why are there so many starving people in our world? Again, if you pamper people then they will never become strong enough to exist. Also the reason why we starve is because agriculture is a new concept. In the old days we destroyed miles of land as we learned the hard way the effects of farming on the land. As such we have the huge desert where the Fertile Cresent use to be. Not to mention many people in the world choose to be hunters and gatherers. It is a hard buisness to be a hunter and gatherer. Everyday you must work for your food or your tribe will starve. Also civilizations cause starvations because we are an organized group. All large organized groups are doomed to supieroity complex where one chooses who is better than the other. As such others suffer to the might that we gave to a single human. Thus we have the words "poor" and "rich" in existance. In short, we starve because humans choose to starve.
3) Why does God demand the death of so many innocent people in the Bible? 4) Why does the Bible contain so much anti-scientific nonsense? 5) Why is God such a huge proponent of slavery in the Bible?
To assume that God wrote the Bible is nonsense. God did not write the Bible. Man did. And I am using Man as a gender. Women were to insignificant of a class to write back in those days. Man is not perfect. The Bible is written with similar intent of the Hammurabi Code and such. It serves as purely a guide-line as to how a person should live their lives. Using God in their writtings is to serve to destroy the human morale and thus bow down to the words. Humans bind them selves to ancient truths because they are foolish enough not to seek the truth for themselves. Books like the Bible can only help us in our search for Truth. But we cannot take the Bible word for word. After all, it is all just a myth. But remember. All myths are based off of truths. But what is the truth?
6) Why do bad things happen to good people?
Because if nothing happens in your life then what is the purpose of living? We live to suffer so that their is a story that others can learn from. If we do not suffer then we can never get stronger. We will just be no better than what we where, Nothings.
Some others say that we suffer in order to test our faith. Only the strong will see themselves through whatever pains and sorrow comes their way.
7) Why didn't any of Jesus' miracles in the Bible leave behind any evidence?
The same reason why civilizations of the old did not leave any evidence of their existance. Just because we cannot prove they do not exist, that does not mean it is not there. First of all, Jesus did not write. Next the gospels were written by four people. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. In each there is variation. When you are trying to tell the story of someone then you will attempt to tell it in a good way. Like George Washington when he was shot at by the Native American. He and Mr. Gist disarmed him and said that they "let him go". Quite frankly, that is very hard to believe.
Another thing is how do you go about to proving his miracles? Most of his miracles dealt with perishable materials such as fish, wine, and bread. Some miracles, such as Earthquakes, would be difficult to locate. Remember, anthropology is still a new subject. Same for Archeology and Geology. We still have much to unearth. You cannot expect for history to be known in an instant. If you expect us to know all of history in a flash then I expect you to know all of your family history in a flash. All of it. It is not possible. There is always something new to learn.
8) How do we explain the fact that Jesus has never appeared to you?
Organize religion is a poor attempt at people trying to prove that what they believe is better than what other believes. Humans just don't get it. You are not better than anyone. With that said, those that I know have said Jesus have came to them are clowns. They are entertainers. They are people who scream "Look at me!" They are just trying to have your attention. What they don't realize is that they are making an oximoron of their own religion. If Jesus appears to you then we are at the stages of Armagedon. So to explain this, if he does appear, you better have your last rites ready.
9) Why would Jesus want you to eat his body and drink his blood?
First of all this is all symbolic. Secondly, as I said before, the Bible was written by humans. Lastly, most religions that involve a godly figure has riturals of sacrifice and such. Such things are seen as evil to us. But the quesiton is, what really is evil? They are humans arn't they? They choose to exist? Shouldn't that mean we should love them as well?
10) Why do Christians get divorced at the same rate as non-christians?
To assume that humans can get married perfectly is to assume that humans are perfect. That is truely a folly. Humans are prone to mistakes. We fail so that we may learn. We assume we got it right. There is not right. There is only a wrong and a better way of doing things.
At this point I am tired. Boy that is a lot I said, eh? Well, I will say more later. Right now I have gotta wake up early so I can do my laundry.

When referring to the Christian God, God is capitalized. It's in your grammar books.
