flash noob help

ok im just learning flash and its coming pretty easy to me, i just need help with a few thigs. First, where can i find a cool uploader with a play button or how do i make one? and two, is there an easier way to move an object (an arm for example) then having to redraw ir every frame? any advice will be helpfull!

Draw the arm in the position and look you expect it to keep. Select it with the black arrow tool. Hit F8 to make it into a symbol. Then you just have to rotate it with the transform tool (default hotkey "Q"). Redraw it when there's a change in position dramatic enough to warrant it.
