Video To Flv Upload Help

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know any script via PHP or any other language / software / program, that will allow me to upload a wmv or other video format, and convert into a flv format (flash player). I am trying to make a personal family video site. Does anyone know how to do this without the use of ffmpeg software?

Cannot be done with PHP, needs to use something like ffmpeg.

Certainly not.
Also, I doubt a person asking that question would be able to create a program doing that.

Some people just can't accept the truth. At least people here on Newgrounds will tell you that you won't be able to do something, rather than tell you how and leave you to realize when everythings set up that you have no idea what to do next.

That's the most pathetic thing I've heard this week! Look, if you knew what to do, you wouldn't be asking. All elbekko did was tell you the truth, and he wasn't even rude about it.
