Not bad, looks like you've got basic coloring & line art down.
The only thing that annoys me is the place you position the mouths.

they have nice shading, but they all look the same- try making some newer characters. they have great potential!

Try doing something realistic and non-cartoonish, maybe.
That would give you a better sense of anatomy and stuff, plus let your style (which is... common) mature a bit.

Not bad, you have all the basics covered, and the shading is pretty nice. But the style is a pretty common way of drawing on Newgrounds.
