It's decent, a lot better than the average art forum post. I kind of question using the pencil tool to define parts of it's body, musculature etc. I think you should define them through shading, the pencil lines look a bit out of place.

Well, I am going to start drawing a manga soon, and he is one of the 10 ''Dark Elements'' as I call them. (yeah I have the copyrights! seriously!) He is one of the bad guys. I don't have a scanner, but if I find one I will post the first 5-6 chapters here at NG. Is this a good Idea?

Ok, man be sure I will. I started my manga last night and I think I'll spend at least 2-3 hours a day, so I can have some chapters posted here. Oh, and thanks for the information about the site!

Ok, why don't u try to make a guy like on of them with perfect anatony, and without a mouse?
