Most pain-in-the-arse boss fight?

Mine has to Fire Leo from the first Viewtiful Joe. He's got about fifty thousand fucking HP bars! To actually damage him at all[at first] you've got to fucking set yourself on fire!

Stupidly easy, you mean. I level'd for a while before I even knew I had to fight her because I was planning on a stupid fight (plus seymour in the mountains)... so i had Holy and some crazy "i will rape you dmg"

it was a 1 minute fight or less...

God damn, I still havent beaten him, the whole game is batshit insane when it comes to difficulty level. Not even Megaman Zero or F-Zero GX was as hard as Viewtiful Joe.

3. Jordan on expert difficulty (Guitar Hero 2)
- Shut up, that counts as a boss.

I don't know...I don't have a hardest boss fight ever. Actually, the thing that came CLOSE to a hard boss fight was Tartarus from Halo 2. 1 hit from his hammer and you die. Thats the closest ever that was hard for me.
