Yeah I know what your thinking, punching cactuses isn't the smartest thing to do, but I did it because it was awesome.
And to get my 12 year old cousin to punch it too, totally worth it.
Anyway I got most of the prickers out except for a few on my right wrist and one on my left thumb. So how do you get prickers out of your skin NG?
I regret nothing!

I would try tweezers. If they work on eyebrows, they should work on cactus spines.

NOW!
Ur organism will eventually "kick out" the prickers, as far as I know. Although, cleanse ur wounds with alcohol, just to avoid infection or smthg...

Well.. if you rip them out then pour salt in the wounds then it should heal quickly. *snicker*

It's alot of fine small spines, nothing picture worthy unless I zoom in X100

...No more like I have spines in my hand, and getting someone else to actully punch a cactus multiple times in an effort to 1-up you is well worth it. I would do it again.

Well i had a experience with a cactus once... and ill tell you that you need to take about 50 showers and scrub your hand GOOD. Because cactuses have prickers that are microscopic almost. And they are covered completely with them.

The easiest thing to do right now is cut off your hand, pick out the thorns or whatever with tweezers, and glue your hand back on with rubber cement.
It'll be fine in a year or two.

Use tweezers to pull it out, be careful because if you fiddle with it and push it so far into the skin that you can't reach it, you're fucked. The skin will grow back over the hole and the thorn will slowly push its way out of your skin.

I got a cacti thorn stuck in my thumb once, I pulled it out. But it never really healed, it just stayed red, swollen and painful. Three months later, I was rubbing it because it was itching then suddenly the rest of the thorn tore threw my skin (it had healed over the hole) and came out... then it intimidately felt better.
If you have more then one thorn... wow, thats going to suck.

What type of cactus did that? I mean that is one hell of a defence mechanism for a plant.
