While submitting a Flash submission there will be a "Multi-Author" section to co-author anyone who you have on your portal buddies list.

Because you can't add any new portal buddies at the moment, you currently can't co-author anyone (since you signed up after the redesign, and wouldn't have co-authored anyone previously). This should be fixed at some point.

Using correct spelling helps out when trying to get help on the forums.

As for your question, you can co-author other artists by first adding them as portal buddies (not atm, but it'll be avaliable again once the redesign bugs have been ridden of), and then when submitting a flash, you can choose which authors you want in the flash.
