I got to play Castle Crashers demo today for about half an hour, and it was a blast. I can't wait to play the finished game, whenever that might be. When I was done, I invested in a set of these Castle Crashers figures to proudly display above the TV in my new apartment -- $20 apiece, but only $60 if you buy all four at once.

$60?! That's a little much. I may still get them (I have AH toys) but fucking hell that's expensive.

Atleast they come with so much stuff. And look at the detail of blood! I'm totally getting one- excuse me, four. Will they make figures of that boss they show?

Those look quite small, could probs make some good cash for those on Ebay from rich collectors and shit.

Did you get to meet Tom, Wade, Stamper, Johnny or any of the people?

You mean those Tom Fulp and Dan Paladin guys? Yeah they're sneaky little con artists you know.

The figures are VERY high quality. I don't think i'll have to worry about them breaking anytime soon, or ever for that matter. These things are built well enough that even if a kid played with them regularly they'd hold up just fine as long as the kid wasn't trying to rip their arms off.

A $60 price tag might be steep but it supports The Behemoth's work and I get a piece of it in my living room. It's a purchase I won't regret. :)

I got to meet Tom, Dan, Stamper, and a couple of the other guys, I don't think Wade is there. Here's a pic of me talking with THE MAN and watching flash on the monitor above their booth.

Yeah, those figures did look like they were very high quality. Unfortunately, I ran out of money pretty soon, so I just settled for a T-Shirt and Sticker Pack.

Castle Crashers was surprisingly hard. Perhaps it was because I didn't get it. Still, it was pretty fun to play. The ice knight is my favorite, but I ended up playing as the fire knight.

Those figures are expensive, and I want to pay money for them.

Damn Comic-Con being on the other side of the county.

Wow, those are looking very spiffy. How does the NewGrounds crew go about making the figurines they do? Do they have connections with toy manufacturers or something?

So you're using a webcam instead of a camera to take photos?

No, just that one picture was from the webcam that Newgrounds has set up at their booth. The rest are from my digital camera.

Are the CC figures articulated? I'd hate to get them and have lifeless warriors. The AH figures were cool, but I wish they could move.

yeah the figurines are totally poseable. wrist, arms, body, head. you can swap out the weapons and shield.

the price is quite good really. figurines are very expensive to make, and we had the extra challenge of running 4 different ones, which means they run a lot higher because we aren't running a bunch of just 1 figurine. there are bulk prices and discounts, and we didn't get discounts. the booth next to us was selling 1 figurine for 60 bucks... many booths were. we were giving a pretty good deal if you ask me.

yeah i saw dan playing with them in the interview, and thought they were lookin' quite sexy, but all 4 of them together in high resolution, is hawwwwt. WOO BOY. maybe if i wasn't piss broke from this apartment, i could afford something other than wendys, like toys :( maybe i should be saving up to buy a 360 :P those toys look just as amazing as the game its self :3

also, looks like you've been outclassed by alien hominid while he eats your head, that tux is quite smashing!

i really hope i'll be living in cali next year and will be able to attend :(
