a strict 10 points per day...?!

I realized something a while ago, when I looked at the FAQ: when you earn 10 points per day, you're stuck at a very specific rate of advancement... and it doesn't go up, just down if you miss a day. the point here, is there's absolutely zero incentive to compete with upper level NG'ers, assuming they get their 10/day, which I do assume. this limitation deeply, deeply aggravates me, and just might cause me to give up on voting altogether. does anybody care about good old-fashioned competition, surpassing the vets on this site? as I said, I might do something extreme ... like... not ... vote anymore, 'n stuff.

I could brainwash everybody into forgetting to vote until I caught up... but I suppose that's not realistic.

If you want to compete with other users, just gain blam and protection points.
