I daresay, though, that quite a few people would yearn for a return to the days of blams being the dominant statistic rather than the current habit of saving even absolute rubbish. Meh, to me it doesn't matter if it passes or leaves for now. Sometimes it's mass voted to stay while an honest amount of people do take time towatch and vote and some people simply vote based on the size of the file altogether. I do wish there were days when 300+ would come through though. =[

Part of the present problem, I believe, derives from the possibility of people not realising the kind of power that they are capable of wielding in this context. For instance, were I to vote 0 on a newly passed flash, I'm able to take its overall score down by a rather appreciable amount. However, when people start thinking along the lines of "Why bother voting 0 when it's going to pass?", they're somewhat less likely to realise that even 50 modestly powerful voters could destroy a submission by themselves.

People don't understand the power they have since they never bother to hit it up in the portal and try to vote. They just sit dormant after a simple 5 votes and never bother to check there again unless someone makes a thread about something having arrived. GAY.

No, it's perfectly plausible once you understand a certain factor about how Newgrounds operates. Every so often, you'll find the Administrators going on a massive deletion spree with certain spam series. However, deleting an entry from the portal also qualifies as blamming it from judgement stage. For which reason, it's perfectly plausible for something along these lines to occur. For the record, I'm pretty certain I've seen screen shots indicating a much, much greater gap between blammed and submitted entries. One such picture had somewhere in the region of 1,000 blammed entries, at least, I am fairly certain it did. These events always prove to be a boon in terms of blam points to those who voted accordingly seeing as the deleted submissions are credited to the appropriate people.

Great week for me, I have the highest pace out of all the people around me and am still 1,500 points ahead of Idiot-Finder. I started off with well over 60, but on wednesday I had an exam and after that my pace started to lower. Still, I ended up with almost 50 a day so I´m happy. I expect to do even better the upcoming week.

Jeez, I didn't think I had that many points. I thought I was even below the 300 mark for the week. I guess I got more than I thought because I was basically on all-day yesterday. I see I still have a long ways to go as expected.

And what's weird to see is how the user fixit is down to where he's getting dangerously close to being out of the top 50. I remember that he was there at the #1 spot for the longest time. We all thought it was a big deal when guys like Denvish and gfox had finally caught up to him and passed him. Man how that became an afterthought real quick.

Yeah, I got quite a lot of B/P yesterday, 72 (38 Blams/34 Saves). Also, how many Blams you got this week exactly?

An incredibly good pace for me this week! I achieved my goal of a getting 50+ B/P pace this week, with more Blams than saves. I am really happy with that pace.

My next goal is even more ambitious: having a 60+ B/P pace this week. It's going to be really tough, but my parents will be away for the whole week along with my brother, so the desktop will be free. I only have two more weeks of vacation, and I haven't much to do, so Newgrounds should be my main source of fun for these following weeks. =)

Yeah, the 60s series. I used to watch some episodes in "Fox Kids" when I was 7. And yeah, the theme is the best thing of it, along with all the "Pof!"s, "Kablam!"s and such. It was really hilarious, but I don't know if it was meant to be. :P

the animated series is pretty good. It shows Batman in his most bad-ass form, along with the "Justice League" series. The Justice League is a great cartoon, I watch it whenever it's on. =)

Unfortunately I was committed to a water polo match for the university (Yeah, I'm still playing for them even though I've graduated...) so couldn't make it- I will absolutely be at the next one assuming I have no other commitments! I actually missed 3 and a half of the 7 days this week, just in case you were expecting an easy ride, I only got back from Scotland on Wednesday. I've got an interview in Cambridge in a week and a half, but other than that no solid commitments for some time, so don't think you'll have it all your own way!

heck my pace isnt so bad this week i suppose 3-4 good days in a row is gonna do that to you i was pulling out 80 per day rates out of nowhere the 1st 3 days of this week then less the 4th day and dropped off drasticlly the rest of the way

i guess being gone the whole day to celebrate the cardinals in the super bowl and being gone friday was a good reason for that

Won the first round, it wasn't easy because what happen is that I had a huge lead and when i decide to finish off my opponent, suddenly I start to lose lead and kept on folding the cards until the time runs out. I won by a narrow margin, you should've seen Coop, he was screaming at me for nearly "choking" the match.

Another thing, Dragon arrived and he's guarding the outside of the hospital to make sure no one will try to do something bad if you know what I mean. Also I'm going to try to find someone who can help out as well, the second round is in the day after tomorrow so I won't have to worry.
