I've been thinking about this recently and its come across my mind that there's really is no way for anyone to prove who is the 100th EGSC is!

If many people get 30,000 within a short period of time who's going to be watching to prove this?
The ranks could further change after 30,000 before Afro updates the list at the end of the week.
Newgrounds does not update the ranks immediately (around 24 hours) further proving it harder to judge.

Unless theres another way the only proper way to know is if Newgrounds tracks and announces the 100th.

Yes, I do agree. They'll need to check every minute to see how many BP they have.

The whole SevenStar thing is summed up by how you view it. If you want to be the 100th Supreme Commander, you need to be ranked #99 to get this accolade. This is only an opinion, but I'll state that the NG admins probably don't give a shit.

Ok, personally I think the official is the person to get the current 100th as by the current NG ranks. Thats what I'm aiming for =D - not 99, SevenStar got deleted.

Well, Omgee is over 29900 now, so I guess that in a few hours (or maybe less), we will have our number 100.

Ugh, that's a shame. Clock Day's drawn a big turnout so far, although the quality of movies so far isn't what it was last year. Hopefully there'll be some gems buried in the garbage during the day.

I will more than likely stay fairly active, though my pace may slow quite a bit. I think that a reasonable goal is to (while maintaining some sort of life away from my computer) reach the top 50. yeah, that sounds nice :)

Top 50 would be a nice accomplishment. I don't know as though I'll make it that far, but I don't plan to retire; quitting completely would be a waste of a good voting power boost, if nothing else. :)

I wasn't expecting that, either, nor was I expecting to beat Hemlok to the final rank. I guess I finally found some motivation. We'll see how long that lasts. *grin*

I've got about five points to go before I level, so I'll be 98th on the chart, and 99th if you count SevenStar.

Damned ! I always forget about Crolpa who is still stuck on 29999. So Omgee is only the numer 98th and we'll need a few more hours before someone else get the 99th spot.

I still say I'm technically 99th, because SevenStar achieved EGSC before his deletion. But, on the charts, yeah, I'll be 98th. TbL should be 99th, assuming he's around today, and Crolpa will be 100th on the chart, since he's said he's going by the present lineup, not including Seven. Not sure if anyone else will rank to EGSC this week, unless Hemlock's returned from the dead, which he hadn't when I checked a couple of hours ago.

Still, I bet there'll be some good movement on the list this week, and a bunch of 75+ folks, for a change.

Well, when I read that you'll be busy today, I thought that you wouldn't have enough time to B/P enough to get to Supreme Commander before me. I lived with that hope all day long :-P
And actually, before this morning, I didn't expect to get to Supreme Commander today or even this week. My target was for saturday next week or, for even better, next wednesday.

Since the previous weeks have been so quiet, with much less submissions than usual (look, only Afro over 75 for weeks), I feared that ClockDay wouldn't be like last year and didn't expect more than 500 B/P today and I am already over 1000 and still counting ! :-D

I forgot to tell you : Today is holiday in France (Mary's Day) so I could remain all day long in front of my computer and almost focus on nothing else than B/P (well, while watching movies or football games).

Yeah, tell me about it... I was afraid Clock Day would be a whole lot less active than last year, since the portal's been so quiet lately. Instead, I've gotten almost as many points today as I did last year, but this time, I slept for five hours, plus I've missed a bunch of submissions just from walking away from the computer for a few minutes here and there. If I had done what I did last year, I would have topped 1100 points already.

So, good luck on EGSC today! You're just a couple of hundred points away... I bet you'll make it before the next update, too. :)

I made a few milestones of my own too. I entered the top 200 B/P'ers and passed 17,000 points AND 8000 of them are saves :)

So far, I've got over 1400 B/P since last update. But I don't think that I'll have more than 1600 this week since I plan to slow down a lot after getting the Supreme Commander rank, which will probably be in 2-3 hours (I starting to need badly some sleep and I have work to do tomorrow).

I'm up to 1150 now, so that's 75 per hour in the last 2 hours. Gonna try to reach 1400 by the end of tonight for 200+ BP/day this week. There will probably be 1500 entries today alone.

I expect we'll see quite a lot of star-pacers (1000+/week) this week. I'm at 1200 for the day and ~1400 for the week already, and I wasn't even at the computer for the whole day. If I'd been here as much as I was last year, I would've probably double star paced for the week. As it is, I think I did alright anyway. :)

I actually did a little better than I thought I would. I got about 5 hours of sleep. I was going to have to work one of my jobs this morning but thankfully it got pushed to yesterday. However in it's place I had to help put siding on an outdoor workshop. But my computer was only a 20 second sprint away so I was able to visit often, still I missed out on hundreds of points because of that. About 4 oclock I had to leave for my other job and only just got back about 30 minutes ago. I'm just glad I was able to get to supreme commander before I had to leave :)

considering that there was 1638 submissions today i feel really shitty now that i only got 445, i've underestimated this years clock day.

man i most really be losing it, there was a time when i used to get 500-600 points a week, now i couldn't even get at least 800points today before having to go to work, im getting too old for this.

and 2 users passed me this week in the b/p ranks :(
