The numbers are correct. The issue is the same one we ran into back at the BC forums. In that case, I was the one using the smaller sample set (a whole whopping week or 2 from which I ran my numbers). I pointed out at the time that there was bound to be some error based on the fact that I had so few data points. Here, it's reversed.
My numbers go back to 22 February. This means they include, but are not restricted to, the four weeks upon which you are focusing. Since the tail end of May, Ruo's highest total was on 10 June. On that date he obtained 74, whereas you got 134. That's been typical since the tail end of May. Prior to that is a long period of time over which his average was not too much lower that yours. If the present trend continues, you'll see the differential push his cumulative average further down from yours. If we separate June out, the pre-June averages are 80.76 for you, 74.99 for Ryo. Considering only June, it is now 93.05 to 45.26. (93.05 - 45.26) * 21 = 1003.59 Back track that into the last week of May from when you levelled, and you account for the remaining 100 increase in your margin over Ryo.
In aggregate, the pre- and post-June data work out to the numbers you were questioning.

I considered commenting on it but was worried about the number of characters I had left lol. On a few occasions, there have been people tied with BP totals. Each time they were given their own rank. Didn't happen often enough for me to determine if it was based upon seniority at that total, random, or alphabetic. The last couple days, the XP and BP rank updates have been occuring daily (before the maintenance downtime for some reason) and since then, ties get the same rank. Same thing happened at 152 with red_faction and seandillon. ~shrug~
In other news, rather than updating the entire list now, here's the people I've found today and I'll merge them into the main list next time I update. The second column (totals) is accurate as of the time I found them and looked up their profile, while the rank listed is based on what their total was at 4:30AM EDT.
