No, look at the username :)

No, it is stolen. Just because someones username matches the site, doesn't mean it isn't stolen. Anyone could make an account from a popular flash game site and say that they really are the actual site. And this guy is doing just that. Look at the 46 x 46 picture for it. It looks like it was created with microsoft paint. If this were really flashgames247, they would have had enough money to afford a better picture making software. Also, I got a cache of his other game (Ally the Alien) from yahoo (google didn't have it). You can see the cache right here (sorry if this link is broken). As you can see, his e-mail adress ends with "net.hr" rather than "flashgames247.com".
