Neither of them degrade anymore. Before the new layout and new whistle system were in play they would as long as the top user in both those areas gained Exp or whistle power. Now until someone gets to the top level in Exp it won't degrade with being inactive. as for Whistle power the only way it will degrade is with incorrect flagging since the whistle system is no longer on a sliding scale.

Most if not all are vickable.

Thanks alot. I've been around for a while and I remember that you would lose about a point a day for forgetting to deposit. Looks like I can stop blowing the whistle and not risk losing my Diety. :)

I'm really interested whether or not the mods have settled on this, so could we get a mod's elaboration? There are simply too many of them "0" reviews with mere song codes, and I'm truly wondering if they should be tagged as abusive.

I plan on contacting a mod to ask about this issue. I don't know who is in charge of reviews anymore, who would be best to bring this up with. I remember back in the day I just emailed wade but I don't know if things have changed.

About source codes for flashes, instance punk o matic, don't bother to flag. I think it's ok to copy and paste source codes from flashes since it shows they actually played the flash and wanted to share with others.

I used to have other examples other than punk o matic, but gonna have to dig them up to show the similiaries.
