Sorry i'm not leaving any links to abuses, but I think I remembered someone saying that the song codes don't count as abuse because you can use them in the game, and after FKWAJP's incident I urge you to err on the side of caution.

I was saying that if there were a drop-down box, I could inform the mod directly that he has got another 10 exactly same abusive reviews written. Without that, it's simply relying on the mod checking his profile or his reviews being deleted one by one.

I thought them mods haven't clarified yet whether or not reviews with merely "song codes" are abusive.

But with the old whistle system the #1 user could crush everyone else's whistle power everytime they get a whistle point hence making them level down in whistle power and rank and how would that be fair? If the whistle system was the same as before abuse would never get removed from NG or it would take so much longer to get rid of unless the top user stops flagging long enough for people to gain a good amount of whistle power to make their flags more powerful because lets face it I don't think anyone would want to wait 7+ months to get a gold whistle or 5+ months to get a deity whistle like I did.

When I was a review mod around this time last year there were aprox. 22,000+ flagged reviews. That number went down to 0 in about two weeks. What do you mean abuse would never stop? It's NEVER going to stop because people don't read the rules, don't care, and in this case create accounts to get cheap and unearned points. To me it's the same as people who vote 2 on a bad KK, UU, SS or some other author who makes shit movies, just to get the protection point because it will increase their stats a little. Statwhoring has reached a new low this past year and it seems it's just going to increase even more so this year. Before you know it people will be creating flash just to blam/save it for the point.

When I said it never would be removed I was refering to if the top user kept flagging and gaining more whistle points then the rest of the masses. here is an Example say if the top user gained 200 whistle points back then whistle the other would gain between 30-40 whistle points while to top user wouldn't gain any more whistle power the people below him/her would take a loss making it that much harder to gain whistle points for power. over time it would have taken a huge amount of flags for it to show up on the list due to the weaken whistles. so while it would evenually get removed, it would take longer and longer each time unless the masses either kept up with the top whistler or passed him/her in whistle points.

On the statewhoring issue I agree with you 100% because when I was flagging I actually earned my whistle and I took pride in it since I actually earned every point I had. Now even I have slowed down but I still flag, but now this make me want to retire my whistle because I have a hard time telling weather the abuse is real legit abuse or made by alt accounts for cheap whistle points (either way it is still a bad thing). It now seems flagging has lost it honor now due to this. but what can I say it is one of the side effects of changing the old system to the new one to make it easier for everyone to get a gold/ deity whistle. it just like as you said those people who submitted crappy flash just for the blam or protect points.

At a time I did actually and honestly care about the user base. But those days have past and the people I did care about, most are long gone.

I started flagging with a garbage whistle and no experience's with reviews in the abusive kinds, 3 months later i can tell if a review is abusive and i have a gold whistle. WOOT!

Thank you! That +1-Post-Count, get-to-1000 mentality was why CaptainBob shut this place down Thursday in the first place. The last thing I want to see is a thread that does quite a bit to clean up NG (even if some do it for the wrong reasons) locked, while, say, the Level-Up Lounge, which is all +1s and statwhoring with no effort to help the site whatsoever, survives.
