i wouldn't flag it if i were you. at least he is still commeting on the submission and offering constuctive criticism to the author.
a review shouldn't be considered abusive unless the reviewer goes off-topic and says something irrelevant (e.g. commenting on other people's review by saying something like"i think the guy under me sucks" or things like that) . i guess it's okay to agree with other's point of view

I am just a random user from a set of measure zero and thus am negligible. Or to put it another way, a worthless piece of shit.

Want any hints on finding abuse? Search 'HALO' in the portal search bar. All Halo flash submissions have a decent amount of abuse. ;)

Is there a restriction of any kind of how many reveiws you can mark as Abusive per day?
Or can I just go ahead and mark as many as I want (only if they infact are Abusive, obviously)

Just it feels like I've been stuck on Bronze for ages, but I'm quite confident I've marked a hell of a lot of reviews.

How do you guys go around you daily/weekly etc voting?

This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.

You can mark as many abusive reviews as you want. Just make sure you read them first, because not everything someone says HAS to be abusive, which should be the reason why you've been stuck in bronze.
