Yes you would on the count that there would still be people making abusive reviews you just wuld have to flag them yourself more often to get the points. Also even if rage didn't make this thread 9/10 someone else would have and even if no one ever thought of making this thead there would be abusive reviews for the pervious reason stated.

I believe that in order to get silver you need 100 CORRECT flags from the time you get bronze.
