that wasn't really hateful- the definition of hateful (or so i think) is racism, ageism, sexism etc. if you said that was hateful, TONNES of stuff would be: such as V-Tech Rampage etc.

It looks like they imported it, removed the website tags, and slapped the winter preloader on the front. (Plus it has that "powered by sothink" tag blinking in the corner, which raises suspicion...

Nope. All reviews that are abusive can and should be deleted.

I saw a post by Liljim (I think it was him) that said that old reviews (old, old reviews) shouldn't be deleted.

You may have seen a fairly old post which is related to something different. Obviously, users won't be banned for old reviews, but that doesn't mean old reviews cannot be deleted.
