Not to basically repeat what grath-of-destruction just wrote but....

This was a bad call by some of the older mods, but it's not as wide spread as many of you are acting like. It's been clarified to not penalize these type of over-flagged alts, but to not give out whistle points for it either. (by deleting there reviews)

A lot of you make bad calls very often on flagging reviews so there will always be users complaining about their whistle going down.

Review mods and other mods are humans too, and make mistakes just like ya'll do. Calm down. Anyone who lost whistle points can gain them back by flagging reviews correctly. This isn't the end of the world, and the admins are well aware that there are false claims about whistle level going down because of this.

The staff may look into this, but it maybe difficult to figure out who lost what, and what they had before this. However, they are extremely busy fixing things with the redesign and may not be able to address this.

Well, what you guys could have done is delete half of the reviews, and then clear and delete the rest... That would make it so that the points cancel each-other out.

I personally just think that the mods were in the wrong to punnish us for reporting. Yes I know that it was wrong for us to report all of that - however I didnt know the moderators could make decisions like that; I thought they just had to report it to wade...

I would have to agree. If the mods had just asked Wade to delete the account we wouldn't be in the position we are in right now. From now on people, DO NOT CREATES ALTS FOR REVIEW SPAMMING! They shouldn't be created for that reason anyway.

IN CONCLUSION (cause this is getting out of hand) :

Mods: DO NOTHING
users: DO NOTHING

This way the admins can decide and no whistle points will be gained or lost. It will stop all the spammers cause they will no longer be able to gain anything. Just loose their time.
