Im not really sure, because the person could be typing in that language on purpose, and writing a abusive review in the language, but then again maybe he/she's not

well the review say:
Hey men, nice execution but you was too short(not enough) on the lyrics, honestly *something like not so hard or not so good* comparing to those great execution haha I say it again. Essentially * something like you need more* because for the blues song in general the lyrics even if they are *not important* is necesary that they go with the guitar.

In my opinion he say it in a very nice way... and it was a very useful criticize

There was a rule about posting an a foreign language just to shut out the majority of NG, but I can't find it. But that review translates to:
