2 Questions to review mods, if someone says this is weird, or says this is sick, and gives the review a 0, does it count as abusive? Last one, if our whistles get demoted, do we have to do the long process again, or just re flag the amount of reviews we miss flagged? Thanks in advance.

It depends on what the link was. Say the reviewer was giving some pointers on how to improve the flash, and ended with a link to a tutorial... this is fine. If the link is irrelevant (which... most of the time it probably will be) then it is abusive. It all depends on the context, a link in a review isn't going to be abusive 100% of the time, but for the most part, someone posting a link is often being a little abusive prick :P If you have an example of what you mentioned, feel free to PM it to me... just don't post it in this thread :)
