I think that was because when the redesign first came out (7/17/07) the reveiws didn't have the no star option, and all the people always forgot to give the amount of stars a submission had, so it ended up as 0, because they didn't select any stars.

Due to a bug, people were unintentionally giving zeros. So if you see something like, go ahead and flag it so it can on to be deleted and give the users a chance to rate it how they want. Spent part of last night going through animator vs animation II reviews for the same instance.

Just be sure that is the case and not the case where they were actually trying to give a zero. Can easy to tell the difference wthin the context of the body.

No I know this isn't the case since BBS mods can't ban review mods since the 2 jobs are completely different. Also I know for fact that BBS mods can't ban other BBS mods as well as review mods couldn't ban other review mods. besides the reviews would have to be recent for the mod to be banned even if review mods were able to ban other review mods and the review mods know better then to leave abusive reviews.

I don't think this is the answer either since if this happened the flags would have been cleared if the reviews weren't abusive and the user would lose whistle points and maybe some whistle rank. Besides that wouldn't make any since the "REVIEW MODS" are the ones to make the final decision on wheather a review goes or stays so no matter what happens unless the review is actually abusive and the mod that is making the decision sees it that user loses in the mod/user war.

But you could still flag the mods reviews out of spite if you wanted to you just wouldn't gain any whistle points.
