There's only one link there, and its to the original. What was the submission on NG?

some of this guy's reviews seem abusive to me. either really short, or he insults the author. and in one he plugs a website that's somewhat unrelated to the submission.

use your own judgment when flagging.

well, in review spaces, you aren't suppose to say the flash is stolen AT ALL
as it makes others think its stolen and thus a bandwagon:
