There's not much point never using your whistle just because you're Deity, I mean if you're just going to flag just to get a nice whistle then you're pretty sad.

Wording is everything. He says "entertainment worthy of newgrounds." He is saying the majority ng population probably not gonna find this funny or good. He doesn't say it's not "newgrounds worthy.", ie shouldn't be on the site at all. He also goes on to talk about the flash quality and what not
