Reviews are reviews not a damn message board. You should put some thought into what you're saying whether you liked the flash or not. However, I don't mark positive reviews unless they are in all caps or something 'cause the likelihood of it being deleted are slim IMO.
no don't mark all caps reviews that are positive. The mods don't like that and they will take whistle points for that since Positive caps locks ren't considered abusive anymore. Only mark a caps lock reivew if it breaks the rules nothing more. Also short positve reviews are allowed as well. at one point in time you would have been right but now sice the rules are changed your ideas would cause people to lose their whistle points.

So I was correct in what I said? What a pleasant turn of events.

Click Abusive if you see one, it's under a review. Also if you're haven't trouble, look at the 0/0 part. It should help you.
