Umm, I would have to see the submission, and the whole review, and maybe some of his other reviews to state whether that is abusive or not. That little tid bit could mean a compliment or just a pointless review. That could reeally go either way, provide a link if possible.

Thats constructive critism and generally not abusive.

Sorry for the double post, but didn't notice this question till just now. One liners could also go either way. Few things are considered, the ratings, the submission, past review history and what is actually said in the review. However, if it pays a compliment, with a fairly rated review, dont' flag and let it be.

No, currently, if a review is in all caps but postive in nature or gives constructive critism, it is not considered abusive and shoudln't be flagged.

Thanks alot, I know what i've been reviewing wrong all this time now. I've been Saying every all caps review was abusive when there not, and I've also been saying all one liners are absuive, when there not, and theres alot of good oneliners I've flagged in the past.

Hopefully I can get my gold whistle back!

Just to be safe, the only time I ever flag is when they make an attack or remark at the author.

-Don't forget, you could also flag a review if it had vulgar abuse to the flash and like you said, to the author.
-If the review has nothing to do with the Flash movie.
-If the review is just plain spam to get you high in the rankings.
