Umm, you worded that ackwardly, but I'll reprahse it like this.

At this time, authors can say whatever they want and reviews should not be marked abusive just based on the authors response.

So, to answer your question, There currently isn't t a way to flag or report responses abuse.

Read the Review Rules located in the FAQ. If you follow those then you won't have a problem flagging the right and not flagging the wrong reviews. If you're unsure of a review just PM a review mod. Most, if not all BBS mods are review mods and tell you thus in either their signature or profile picture.

only posting faces in reviews is abusive since it isn't a review at all
this guy is stating to pick up some bad reviewing habits
a few pointless reviews here
the last 2 are abusive
