No outwar for this one but I found him obfensive on several reviews. Take a look.

Here is a real winner make sure you take a moment to look at the otehr reviews on the sim games, there are a couple other outwar link left by others.

I have a few question:

1- If I post a review that is abusive (past errors or whatever, changing moods, little brother having fun), do I lose some "rank" or whistle power ? Or do I stay at the same point as if I didn't wrote this abusive review that was flagged and marked as such by the admins ?
2-How many marked abusive reviews do we need in order to go up from one whistle level to another ?

it's like the levels the one with the most whistle points(?) set how many you need too get too the next whistle and that's newgrundling i think

I don't think the author of a review of flash entry that is removed suffers in terms of whistle rankings.

If a great majority of your reviews are abusive or spammy, they may delete your entire account, but I don't think you need to worry about that.

If you a perpetually bad submitted (e.g. submit lots of illegal or against-rules material), they can block you from submitting further contraband (by preventing your account from submitting ANY flash entries to the portal).

2-How many marked abusive reviews do we need in order to go up from one whistle level to another ?

First off, a review needs to accrue enough abusive flags to even be brought to an administrators attention. Say 5 or 10, I'm not sure. Then, an administrator has to go through them, and upon either deleting the review or keeping it, you either gain or lose 1 whistle point. Blowing the whistle on flash entries have various points, and the rewards and punishments aren't set. The system is still rather new.

But to answer your question:

Silver through Gold are like levels 10 through 29. Deity is like level 30.

Because of this, there is no "set points" to level up - and that would be even if you knew how many points you had, and how many points you would receive from various activities. And you would need to know HOW the sliding scale is determined...

So to make a long story short...

Just do the right thing a lot and you'll level up. As of yet, users aren't given an understanding of how many points they have, get, or need.

May be a few pages up becuase people have added more reviews but just go up a page and search for outwar.. theres about 4 reviews

also if you go through those monk reviews, there are many OTHER outwar/pornstarguru spammers that did it on the same page.

I think you can only flag a review once because there are some review that I have already flagged on previous days and when I try flag it again it says I have already flagged it.

Ive flagged reviews a few times before... Like that one person that had reviews with 0/80 over the course of 3 or 4 days, I flagged it 3 or 4 times.

Oh, I see now. I just went to flag some reviews I had flagged on previous days and it worked. Thanks for clearing that up.

It's official:

Flagging reviews that we've already flagged in the past are still "flaggable" again and again until an admin deletes the review.
That being said, it would be cool if we kept like a "abusive review diary" here, like with posting ALL the abusive reviews we can find, so we'll have a huge amount of data that we can flag everyday!

Now that's more difficult to answer, since I'm not a whistle god, and the system is pretty new... I guess the best thing to do is to wait for Newgrundling.
Anyways, he should talk to the NG Staff, and ask them to give a bit more information about the whistle stuff, or if they could take our ideas/problems and take something out of it, like answers and all.

There's way more than 6 there. There are, like, 10 on that page alone and on the next page, there are two more. That one's a real winner, alright. Flagging all those should put just about anyone from a Normal to a Silver whistle...
