well remember u have to have it stay on ng for ppl to be able to mark it as abusive or anything.

Check for the name lilazndragon on the top 50. If I remember correctly he had 23 Outwar reviews (check his profile)

i noticed that there are levels within each level.. like silver 1, silver 2, ect.. well thats what i have noticed from other peoples posts. is this true? and if so, how do you know what level you are on for each whistle and how do you know if you are close to going up to the next rank?

I'm not aware of any such thing. Can you show us who said there were numbers after them? Where can the indication of these numbers be found? What is their purpose, what do they indicate, and what determines them?

It was just a numerical equivalent of the level. This should help:

0 Garbage
1 Normal
2 Bronze
3 Silver
4 Gold
5 Deity

also, toocool, about what you said about how I shouldn't be able to have a friend deposit in my absence:

Look at my account. I've had it for 206 days. I have 2080 experience points. Minus the creation of a public profile, thats 10 experience points a day. I therefore think it's fair to assume that I would deposit if I were able, but since I'm a nice guy and am helping my brother move, you think I should be penalized for that? Do you think I'm an inexperienced user who does not deserve it?

Point in fact is I'm going to fall behind on Blams, Protections, Popularity, Whistle level, and posts - isn't that enough? I think I've earned it. I don't think I should be penalized for helping, and I don't want to defile a perfect record. If there's no reason not to deposist, why should I? Why would I?

well, just because you deserve it, doesn't neccessarily mean you earned it. true, i think you do deserve it as would anyone but hey, you are not going to be at newgrounds for 2 weeks, so why should you gain experiance for something you didn't even do. earning something and deserving something is two diff things. do as you wish, but you see my opinion.

I saw reviews with like... 15-20 get deleted... the fact that some of these are nearing 100 is just insane.
