It's not set. It updates whenever an administrator goes through flagged flash entries or reviews and either deletes them or reinstates them.

Yes.....and it gives us more confidence that we will catch all of them. If a user spams in a review you come across, they probably have spammed more.

I'm going to lose it at least twice since I'm going on two week-long breaks from NG this summer, but if I'm lucky, I'll regain it afterwards - and if nothing else, gold is good enough for me.

I'm not getting this 75-100 flags a day crap... I get maybe 20... are you sure you're flagging stuff that other people are seeing? It doesn't matter if you find a movie in the portal with 500 reviews, all abusive, unless other people see them and flag them too - administrators aren't shown reviews until they reach a certain number of abusive flags (5, 10, whatever) - so finding "secret" abusive stuff does you no good.
