Others that complain "why wasn't the whistle blown on this?" you can mark at your own discretion. Sure, it's like they're asking "why wasn't this blammed?" but I agree with them, and won't flag those even if they are violating the guideline.

Now how are the administrator's going to solve these "trojan horse" flashes? I wanna know, because it seems to be more and more common-place.
