About halfway down the page, there's two reviewers (one 0 and one 9) that review another reviewer (exclusively, they barely touch the game).
Below them is someone who complains about a virus (who they were reviewing instead of the game), but I didn't bother flagging it. His is the second 0 review.

Alot of this guys reviews are just shit, most of them are pointless and need to be deleted. Even if you're not getting whistle points for them, still mark them as useless at least.
