No, that's plain wrong.
You can get a deity whistle even if you were stuck in garbage, but I have to say the number of flags needed between gold and deity is very high.

You have to be patient, that's all.

I'm sure you got it wrong, you can always get a deity whistle. It may be hard, it may take a long time, but it's possible, just keep trying and eventually you'll get it.

Don't get confused, the movie says if you get a garbage whistle it will take a lot of effort, but really A LOT OF EFFORT, getting a deity whistle because you dug yourself a hole that it may take more time getting out of it :/

I was thinking the same thing the comments ,sound fishy. I will look it up need more proof before ,i can flag it. He does have other submissons although ,the address does not match. No website thats the reason.
