Wow, that guy has a lot that just argues with other reviewers in his reviews or just goes off on some rant directed towards the author of the submission instead of the submission itself. Check past page one and don't be confused by some of the high scoring reviews. Those are the ones where he spends most of the reviews addressing other reviewers.

Just in case someone didn't know - Do not use the review field to address other user's reviews you didn't agree with. You are to be reviewing the submission, not other people's reviews.
