Yeah, but 99% of TODWs are spam flashes, that get removed afterwards. Now, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been told that you get negative points for that sort of whistle activity.

All one-worders are abusive. Even if the title is 'Great' and he says 'Great'. Might be nice, but it isn't a review. If you want to tell the author it's great, vote five. No need to flood with useless reviews.
