not sure but what about the binary one? although its what the flash is about, he doesnt make an opinion about the game that anyone can technically translate, i accidently flagged it but im hoping my accusations are correct.

You're gonna lose points for it as I did a couple of days ago. Because the author actually tells people to write reviews like this and he can most likely translate and read them and he's really the only guy who needs to. Plus you could probably translate it if you searched for a translator on the internet. If the reviews were flaggable it would be a goldmine. Long story short:
DO NOT FLAG ANY BINARY CODE REVIEWS FOR THE BINARY TRANSLATOR! IT WILL LOSE YOU WHISTLE POINTS!

That's OK... it's related to the game that it works on. Therefore, things that get flagged here isn't considered spam but only text which is the product of the flash game. NEVR already mentioned it: if you flag it, it'll just get ignored.
Same thing as the B movie/
