Well that one mentioned may not be 100% safe but most of them are clearly abusive. Anyways, be a little thankful instead of always looking on the negative side of things :S

Well, just note that I didn't link to every "i hate you"-review I could find, I skipped lots of them since many seemed non-abusive.

Make sure to check all of his reviews because he has a lot where he spams the entire review space with lololololol, so pretty much he has many spam reviews and check all pages.

Not all abusive reviews insult the author, some are spammy, some are like the starwarskid, and insult the submission and offer absolutely no help whatsoever to improve. Nevertheless, its a matter of opinion and the moderator.

I know there are several types of abusive reviews. However there are no rule against calling a submission crap, etc since its not personal so i would be careful
