Don't mark reviews with foreign language unless the reviews are actually abusive when translated. If the person continues to leave reviews in languages other than English just tell a review mod and they will give a PM to the user and handle it themselves.

Eh? Reviews from any date can be flagged and deleted. There have been review guidelines prior to 2003. The only difference was that in 2003 was whistle level system implemented.
