UNFORTUNATELY, when I flagged reviews that people said were abusive, I turned my bronze whistle into a garbage whistle! Didn't even bother to go to normal, just skipped to garbage.

not to contradict you but i mean what i said, people should seriously come to this thread to downgrade the whistle because all this thread has done for anyone is lowered their whistles the past few days.

Now, my whistle got raped after flagging three pages of the same post on some emo girl's account. That's like, 30 minus points. Thanks to this thread. It's been help in the past, when someone [rarely] posts a stolen flash, but the post people put up are most of the time useless."This flash sucks" is not abusive, where as "The guy who made this flash sucks" is. The easiest way to find abusive posts are with Kitty Krew. Serious. If this whole thread was dedicated to just finding abusive reviews in Kitty Krew flashes, we should have perfect whistles in no time. Especially since practically every KK flash gets abusive reviews.

Been said numerous occasions, that just because someone posts it, doesn't mean it's against the rules. READ the review and use your own judgement, only exception to flagging somethign blindly is if a ng staff or REVIEW mod says go ahead and flag it. <<< that statement only imples to reviews, not flashes.

keep in mind that if a review mod is doing his/her thing with the reviews, things posted here may disappear quickly.

I feel that to avoid confusion, if you post links to abusive reviews, at least offer something like "soandso's review" so that people know which reviews really are abusive (to you) and so they can easily figure out that "boy...soandso's review isn't here, it must have been deleted"

You guys can't blame the review mods because your friends in here can't handle giving a bit of information. We deleted the abuses and folks in here got whistle points. If you show up after the fact and assume that the most recent link has abusive reviews and just go and flag the least helpful ones hoping that it's going to get you some points, then you're shit out of luck.

So, don't go blaming the review mods, we can't help it if somebody doesn't provide you with more information on what is there to flag.

so this is something you all can do to help yourselves and eachother:

put the username of the abusive review if you are providing a link to a page of reviews for a submission. - That way, if it's deleted late comers won't be confused and maybe flag non abusive reviews.

Put the submission name of the abusive review if you are providing a link to a page of reviews for a certain user.

Any flash with a low score to it will probley have an abusive review it will not be highley abusive but it may be something along the lines of that sucks or that was complete crap

all the flash that hve low scores are spam flashes. fuck the whistle, its impossible to level it when there's these new rules. bob probably only inforced them rules because he's sorry for himself that he has a garbage whistle himself. fuck newgrounds, it sucks and most people who come here suck, and the whistle system sucks harder than anything else.

This is the problem with the review system. You should not go looking for abusive reviews and trying to raise your whistle. You should mark abusive reviews only if you find them to be ACTUALLY ABUSIVE. Then you will be rewarded with a higher whistle.
