Here is the part that addresses your concern:

so that means that if we flag a review as being abusive because they claimed it stolen, it is deleted and whoever flagged it loses whistle points?

I don't really understand what you're asking.

If you mean is there a rule against making an alt to make abusive reviews. Yes, you'll just get all of your accounts deleted by wade. That shit's lame.

if you mean, don't go flagging alts made to be abusive. no, not as such. You may not get all that many points though by going through and flagging everything because Wade just deletes the accounts and nobody gets points from any reviews that may be left
