Or if you have a Creative X-Fi sound card with the external hub, their are built-in features with the default sound program that comes with the equipment. Some sound cards have built in effects so look for that too.

Ersonally i like to go to download.com and type in certain words like irish and midget voice changer ...theres a lot of cool free trails and some are even free programmes ... its good for a laugh but if you want to do it serious well... ask someone else... hope i helped
