Apparently I'm antisocial
My friend tells me I'm antisocial. Why does he think this? Well, I'll give some reasons and then you guys (helps if you know my posting habits!) can say what you think or something.
1.) I deleted the myspace my friends forced me to get so they could send me shitty lists, make me read blogs filled with horrendous grammar errors (I'm not usually the one to go for this but I have to draw the line somewhere), and make me load pages filled with HTML errors.
2.) I'm unemployed, so I don't usually have any need to go outside. It doesn't mean I stay inside 24/7.
3.) The majority of people I talk to are on the computer, and they're people I've never met (I'm lookingat yoooou Paltalk regs!). There's a simple reason for this: 90% of the people I know in real life are idiots.
4.) Building on the last reason, it doesn't matter if I speak to at least ten to fifteen different people every day apparently.
5.) I don't usually go to town with people. Why? I'm unemployed, I have no money. What would be the point? Also, people in my town are rude and arrogant.
Sorry about the rant-like atmosphere of this thread. I just wanted to get that out of me.

Well you are 17. I would say you should get a job to get the money, so you can afford to go out and do things. Just a recommendation.

I'm not antisocial, but the way I talk makes it seem like I am antisocial. I talk in a real monotone, unexciting voice. I don't change pitches a lot. But I do have a dynamic personality, whatever dynamic means, and I am not antisocial, I am just calm, centered, collected, and very, very, masculine.

You're antisocial, but it's more of your upbringing's fault, rather than you just being a loser.

If you were anti social, you wouldn't have a friend to begin with..
Ever wonder if your mom kissed you goodnight after she gave your dad a blowjob? Well, you do now.

I get called anti-social as well, and it pisses me off. Not because it could be considered an insult, but because the people calling me it are using the wrong word. What your friend meant to call you was "unsocial", a person who doesn't go out much, etc. The term "anti-social" refers to those members of society who start fights, hurl abuse at people, vandalise everything, and generally act like chavs.
People call us anti-social because it's a buzz word used by the media so often.

There's nothing wrong with that. At the end of the day you still have friends right? You don't have to always be constantly hanging out with them to prove that you aren't anti-social.

Thats fine, useing your formula, I'm "antisocial" too. I dont really think you are though. There's a difference between being antisocial and just staying away from people you dont like and doing what you want to do.
Nill

Seriously dude, I've tried for nearly a year. It's hard here if you don't constantly have a smile on your face and you only have the basic GCSEs to get you through. Luckily I go to college in September.

Myspace sucks, You were right to delete it.

And no-one likes fatties.

At least you have e-friends, doesn't matter if you completely know them. At least you got someone to talk too right? Haha. Also, just a bit similar to me, but not really.
Everything I see is just a image of my thoughts "Always looking for a better day..."
